Kim Schrader

Kim is a certified Level 1 and 2, practitioner and healer of Spring Forest Qigong. She is a licensed Social Worker who carries a Gold Seal Certification in Dementia Care. She also has a great interest in nutrition and Holistic Health Alternatives. In her free time, Kim enjoys traveling, outdoor recreation such as camping, mountain and road biking, hiking, cross country skiing and kayaking.

Spring Forest Qigong

Is a simple yet powerful form of meditation exercises, some standing (non-aerobic), some sitting or lying down. Spring Forest Qigong helps increase self awareness and improve physical and spiritual health. Dr. Oz recommends "practicing qigong for health and combating aging." Tailored for people of all ages and physical abilities. You can join us to learn powerful qigong techniques and practices which build and balance internal energy.

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and blankets are available or you may bring your own. A $5 donation is suggested although other arrangements and financial aid is available by contacting group leader, Kim Schrader.
