Acupuncture is the insertion of very small (hair size) instruments into the skin along meridian (energy) pathways. These stimulate the movement of energy in the body and in the organs. This improves the body's ability to heal and relax while balancing internal organs. Acupuncture is extremely relaxing and most people fall asleep during their treatment.

Cupping is a technique using glass cups with herbs to create a vacuum to treat pain, neck, back and shoulder tension and lung problems.

Moxin is a rolled dry herb stick that is held near the skin for those chronically cold, bruised, or with scars and traumatic injuries.
