PILATES is an-exercise program based on Joseph Pilates’ world-renowned program that focuses on core strength and flexibility.
This is a progressive, gentle, non-impact form of movement.
Classes are taught in as a six week series but you can join us at anytime.

A mat-based exercise program based on Joseph Pilates’ world-renowned program that focuses on core strength and flexibility. This is a progressive, gentle, non-impact form of movement that is appropriate for students who have attended the Intro to Mat Pilates class, or had prior Pilates experience. Please bring a mat to class and come dressed for exercise. |
Wednesdays – 6:15-7:15 p.m. |

| A Pilates-based class that will provide you the opportunity to perform core strength movements using the ball. The ball will challenge you differently than the mat, yet provide you with the same great benefits of strengthening your core and improving flexibility and balance. Please bring a mat and 55cm or 65 cm exercise ball to class. |
