PRIVATE PILATES REFORMER SESSIONS
|
Joseph Pilates' first piece of exercise equipment, and widely used today in studios and other settings such as physical therapy and health clubs, the Reformer offers a full-body workout that challenges the mind and body. Reformer programming may be designed to meet any fitness goal from surgery rehabilitiation to overall stregthening and conditioning to balance and coordination. One hour private training may be purchased in packages of single sessions, 3, 5, or 10 packs. |

PILATES is an-exercise program based on Joseph Pilates’ world-renowned program that focuses on core strength and flexibility.
This is a progressive, gentle, non-impact form of movement.
Classes are taught in as a six week series but you can join us at anytime.

A more advanced study of Matwork developed by Joseph Pilates designed to strengthen the core, assist in proper posture, and ease of movement. A minimum of one year of previous Pilates Matwork is required to enroll in this class. Small props such as exercise bands are used as well. Please bring a Pilates mat, and water to drink, and wear comfortable clothing. Class is one hour. |

| A Pilates "twist" while using exercise balls, and small props such as exercise bands, this one hour class encorporates Pilates breathing and postural alignment while combining traditional calestenic-type of exercise. All levels of fitness are welcome. |
Saturdays – 8:15-9:15 a.m. |
MAT PILATES FOR THE BEGINNER

| This class is designed for anyone who has never tried Pilates before, or is returning to Pilates after an injury or illness, etc. The one hour class format will ensure that you are comfortable to Pilates movement, breath technique, and vocabulary. |
Saturdays – 9:30-10:30 a.m. |

| An ancient martial art, Tai Chi is wonderful for increasing balance, breath, and ease of movement. Any fitness level can participate, and several Tai Chi forms (exercise series) are practiced during this 45 minute class. |
Wednesdays – 4:45-5:30 p.m. |
PILATES DUET REFORMER SESSIONS

| Workout with a friend on side-by-side Reformers, and save money. One hour single sessions or 3,5, and 10 pack sessions may be purchased. Private and Duet Sessions are booked with Client/Instructor, and are not subject to a class schedule. |
