Movement

The body loves a balance between movement and stillness. If we do too much of either we lose our natural flow. Too much laying around can give one a sluggish, swampish feeling due to lack of circulation of blood and energy. Constant movement leaves us with a frazzled, overwhelmed sensation.

This awareness invites us to allow ourselves a moment at any time throughout the day to sit or lay back, exhale deeply and listen quietly. During a fuzzy unclear time, we are encouraged to stand, walk or simply stretch to allow the flow of energy to return to our body.
