A Coach is................
- Your partner in achieving personal and professional goals.
- Your trainer in communication and life skills.
- Your sounding board when making life choices.
- Your motivator when strong actions are called for.
- Your unconditional support when you take a risk.
- Your mentor in personal development.
- Your co-designer when developing an extraordinary project.
- Your support in realizing the success you deserve. And most importantly
- Your coach is your partner to living the life you know you're ready for, personally and professionally. We choose a coach to encourage us, to challenge us, to remind us that we can live up to our potential.
By Adding A Coach To Your Team You Will:
Take More, Better and Stronger Actions:
Because you set the goals you really want. Ultimately, we all do what we really want anyway. Finding out exactly what you really want for yourself is our first task together. I help you to distinguish between what you coulda, shoulda, oughta and have-to want, from what you, in your heart of hearts, really want for yourself. Once you create the ideal goal, you're much more likely to naturally and consistently take actions to reach it.
Be More Prosperous On All Levels:
It has been said that true prosperity is never having to do something you don't want to do for money and never not being able to do what you want to do because of lack of money. With this as a quest, prosperity becomes a search for discovering what you truly want in life. This offers you the opportunity for creation of more money, spirituality, challenge, synergy, harmony, love, and connectiveness in your life.
Reach for More And Be Much More While Maintaining Balance:
And not be consumed in the process. When anyone has a partner they trust, they will always reach for much more because they can afford to take risks. That's what I offer you. The perspective of coaching allows you to make major changes while fostering balance which encourages wellness.
Make Better Decisions for Yourself:
Because your focus is clear. Every client of mine has resources and strengths, but is not always focused. I will help you become focused as you share ideas with me.
How I Coach Clients
Because each Coaching Relationship is by its nature unique and customized to the individual, you will determine the process. It is helpful to begin with an understanding of what my clients can expect of me and what I expect of my clients.
Most coaching relationships begin with a complimentary discovery session to create awareness of who you are, what you want, and how you're going to get it. The process continues with weekly half hour or hour coaching sessions (your choice) which enable you to stay on track of fulfilling your goals and dreams, maintain, the momentum of your change and integrate the success you are currently achieving.

I Expect Your Best
If you are hiring me, then you're probably ready to do and be your best. And if you aren't doing your best, I'll ask you to. If you can't do that at the moment, I'll understand and do what you need to be heard, understood and helped back on to your path.
I Make Direct Requests
From time to time, I'll make a direct request, like "Will you accomplish a specific action by the end of the month? You may accept the request, counter-offer (like say what you can do) or decline (rare). I'll make you right whichever way you respond.
I Offer Straight Advice
If I am sure of the situation, and you're open to it, I'll make specific suggestions on how to handle a problem or "go-for" an opportunity. If I am not sure, I'll say so. Honesty is one of my values--I am straight and expect the same from you. Regardless, I expect you to use the best of what I say and use your own intuition and judgment.
I Encourage Goal Work
I usually ask that the client come up with two or three goals, actions or breakthroughs to have between one call and the next. If it is too much, say so. If you want more, just ask.
I Encourage Things To Happen On Time
In regards to fee payments and coaching sessions unless you make other arrangements. I also expect things to be spontaneous.. If you are just starting to realize something big, can't wait to share a breakthrough, or have a question, call or e-mail me, Anytime. Updates by phone (10 - 15 min. limit) or E-mail are no charge.
Ways To Have Stronger, More Effective Coaching Sessions
1) Make a list of what you really want in life. Coaching works best when you have clear goals which are based on your needs and values. If you are not sure what your goals/wants should be, we can discuss them during our next session.
2) Get to know yourself new ways. Working with a sensitive, intuitive and empathic coach is a healthy way to grow. Most clients hire a coach to accomplish several specific goals and much of the time and focus is on these goals. Yet, with coaching, don't be surprised if you discover new parts of your "self" or, if you find your goals adjusting themselves to who you really are. This discovery process is natural, and will unfold before you. I deal with the WHOLE person. You will be able to see yourself manifested physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
3) Double your level of willingness. Part of working with me as your coach is that I will ask a lot of you. Not too much, I hope, but certainly more than you may have been asked recently. I need you to be willing to experiment with fresh approaches and be open to redesign the parts of your life that you are able to right now. This, so you can more easily reach your goals and live an integrated and fulfilled personal and professional life, using the gifts you have and enjoying life as it was meant to be enjoyed.
Coaching is the investment in yourself that you deserve.

Please be willing to:
- Change your behavior, a lot
- Experiment and try new things
- Remove all sources of stress in your life
- Redesign how you spend your time
- Set goals that are much, much bigger
- Start treating people much, much better
- Relook at the assumptions/decisions you've made
- Start telling the absolute truth, regardless
- Eradicate all triggers of adrenaline
- Get the support you need to handle a problem
- Raise your personal standards to be very, very high
- Stop tolerating or suffering about your life
4) Come to the coaching call session prepared, with an agenda. We have a set amount of time together and you'll want to have a written list of the things you want to share and discuss. On this list include things like:
- Successes and wins you've had during the week
- Problems you faced and how you handled them
- What you're currently working on and how it's going
- "Aha's" and insights and new awareness which excite you
- Report on the goal work you completed
- Advice you want from me
- New skills you want to develop
5) Enjoy your session. We have work to do together, but feel free to express your uniqueness during the session. Pain at times may be inevitable, but suffering is optional. Fear is just excitement with an attitude. You can choose.
6) Keep yourself well between our sessions. Coaching can require energy: Emotionally, intellectually and physically. Given this, I want you to take extraordinary care of your well-being while being coached. Only you know what this looks like, but I suggest you go much further than you ever have in this regard. The place to start is to develop a list of TEN DELICIOUS DAILY HABITS which keep you well.
They will and should change over time, but some examples to help you get started are:
- Exercise: walking, yoga, running, martial arts.....whatever you enjoy
- Reading
- Listen to great music
- Eat right: more vegetables, less fat/sugar, no caffeine, nicotine, alcohol
- Write in your journal
- Start being early for everything
- Handle a completion (i.e. work on finishing something you have started that has been in "limbo")
- Under promise
- Floss
- Take vitamins
- Meditate
Add anything to the list that is working for you. Make yourself a promise to do these things for your "self".
7) Do your goal work each week. This is not homework like in school. These are tasks, actions, results or changes that you are telling yourself and me that you will do your best to complete before our next session. Applying yourself and use the goal work will help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
